  • Master in Business Law at the Adolfo Ibáñez University.

  • Only Latin American investigator with Certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators® (AWI) to conduct internal investigations in accordance with US standards; and Certified FETI® to conduct interviews in light of trauma (Forensic Experiential Trauma Interviews). AWI member.

  • Former Senior Ethics Investigator at Walmart.

  • Experience in complex investigations in different markets in Latin America (fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, food safety).

  • Subject Matter Expert in sexual harassment and sexual violence investigations.

  • Experience training internal investigators in different markets.

  • 20+ years of work experience in law firms and multinationals.

FELIPE DIVIN

Partner

  • Lawyer and Master in Law from Los Andes University, MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and Diploma in Computer Law from the University of Chile.

  • He is currently a partner at Larraín, Divin & Bascuñán.

  • 20+ years of experience in compliance, corporate governance and financial regulation, having held various management positions in financial institutions, law firms and companies in regulated sectors.

  • Specialist in financial investigations associated with the detection of internal and external fraud, suspicious operations, prevention of money laundering (Law No. 19.913) and crime prevention (Law No. 20.393), among others, as well as in the use of mathematical models and of probabilities for the fulfillment of the above.

  • College professor.

  • Director and consultant (advisor) of companies.
